About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent well-known brands, charities, or organizations, engaging directly with potential customers and supporters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 


Your goal is to create meaningful connections, raise brand awareness, and secure sales or donations through personable and professional interactions. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Engage with the public in various locations (shopping centers, events, streets) to promote brands or charitable causes. Communicate the value of the brand/product/cause clearly and effectively. Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with potential customers or supporters. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Participate in training and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of campaigns. Accurately complete paperwork and update the CRM system after every interaction. Represent the brand with professionalism and maintain a positive public image.



Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage with different types of people confidently and clearly.

  2. Sales-driven mindset: Passionate about achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

  3. Outgoing personality: Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to create positive experiences for customers.

  4. Team player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

  5. Resilience: Comfortable working outdoors and adaptable to various locations and working conditions.

  6. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in F2F sales, fundraising, or customer service is a plus, but not essential.

  2. Understanding of sales techniques and the ability to adapt your approach.

  3. Basic knowledge of CRM systems for tracking customer interactions (training provided).

  4. Willingness to travel to different sites and work flexible hours, including weekends.
